Chart 1: GDX & GDXJ Weekly Candles

Take a careful look at the price action over the past five weeks. In four of the past five weeks GDX and GDXJ closed at the highs of the week after initially testing lower levels.

GDX was testing the $26s but closed at $27 or higher in four of the past five weeks. GDXJ was testing $36 and $37 but closed much higher in three of the past five weeks. In fact, GDXJ started to pull away from tests this past week. It has started to outperform GDX.

TheDailyGold Premium #646

I have seen and tried a few of the news letters. Yours is by far the best, yours is the only one that really gets the technical analysis down. Fundamentally I really like your picks they are all low risk minimal downside with huge upside. I have found some of the other news letters pick a lot of risky exploration stocks or they simply have far to many companies. You seem to sift through the best and recommend a simple more condensed list with big upside.

We published TDG #646, a 15-page update on Sunday. This update focused on the sector outlook, company news and subscriber questions.

One important point is if Gold is going to trend towards $1700 and GDX & GDXJ are going to make that big breakout then its important to consider taking on a bit more risk to get that extra potential. Quality that's already expensive would underperform. That doesn't mean we abandon quality. We just take it company by company. The companies that outperformed in 2018-2019 may not outperform in 2020.

This is a perfect time to subscribe because you can be brought up to speed with our last update as well as our company reports. Most are quite recent. I'm also working on a company index which will show each issue an individual company was covered.

Furthermore, the massive breakout potential in GDX (and GDXJ to follow) could be only a few months away.
